I've been going to Cannelle Beauty, Henley for 2 years and they are always very friendly and professional, using the best products for treatments.
phoned the salon to ask if they would honour 40 of gift vouchers i had been brought as a birthday present and didn't realise they had an expiry date. They would not honour and basically said i should have known. They then spoke to the owner who decided it would be fair to give me half of the value in treatments! i phoned a number of salons/health spas all of which confirmed they have no expiry on their vouchers. I think it is criminal they can keep 40 of vouchers just because it is in a different financial year needless to say i will not be visiting again!
