Loving the gym so much. Great staff and instructors. Loads of classes and brilliant equipment. I have just retired and thought it was about time l got myself in shape. Was made to feel very welcome and encouraged, which is exactly what l needed. If you need a bit of help getting fit for the summer l recommend love fitness. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
Absolutely awesome gym and workout space. Definitely the best for some considerable distance. Good range of classes. Friendly owners. Excellent personal trainers and a fab cafe next door (Menza) to recover in! What more could you want. Love it
A wonderful new addition to the Henley fitness scene which in my opinion is now the front runner! A really lovely, clean space with great equipment and fab music. Maz and Johanna who run the gym are incredibly helpful and caring - their passion for fitness is contagious. Highly recommend!
Fantastic gym, something for everyone and friendly staff and personal trainers. The spin studio has an amazing atmosphere and the instructors really work you hard. All classes are part of your membership. Best gym in Henley!
This new gym is very well appointed and easily accessible - entrance opposite Phyllis Court - with plenty of parking.It is run by Massimo Antinoro and his wife, both of whom are properly trained personal instructors. There are other PI's too, and classes - yoga and pilates classes are apparently to be added in the near future.The website does not seem to give the price structure which is pretty silly, but from memory, annual membership is about 450, which is very competitive, and I think there are other schemes too.I have no qualms in recommending this gym for I am confident that you will be well catered for, regardless of your age or current fitness level
