I used to visit Ashley every week when I was living in Henley. Since moving to London I am yet to find a more competent and reliable service than provided at AKG. Highly recommend for all ages and styles.

Best barber in town! I am always pleased when Ashley cuts my hair as I have never been able to find someone to cut my hair to look nice. I have thick curly sides and thinner hair on top and he manages to make me look like all his other lucky thick haired clients. To see a nagative review below regarding Ashleys unwelcoming attitude when busy, I could not disagree more. I have often popped in last minute and Ashleys diary has been too full with a que outside the door, I have never received anything but an apologetic and friendly Ashley when this happens. Ashley is currently one young man, on his own running a fantastic barber shop, and trying to accommodate for his fantastically huge clientele. Keep up the good work Ashley, you cant please them all! 5******

It may be a nice place but I will not get to find out as if you don't book ahead the barber is not that welcoming if he already has a customer. Called in at lunchtime today 29/5/18 - wont try again.

Went here on the off chance as working in Henley, called Ashley & he was very polite and friendly. Very small and cosy but the haircut makes up for it. First decent haircut I've had in along time and will definitely go back. It's on odd set up location wise but don't let that put you off.
