Most useless customer service I have ever seen
Just had a pizza delivered from dominos in Henley. Really disappointed. It was only cooked partially. Shame as it contains meat so had to throw it away. On the plus side, Henley is blessed with many other pizza places that are good.
Good prices, spotlessly clean and yummy food.
I have to agree with most of the other reviews, the service from Dominos Henley is shocking. I arrived on the 21:02 train and thought I'd order a pizza to collect on way past a Dominos.I had the phone ringing from Henley station for a 12 minute walk to Dominos, no answer. I had to call back a few times because the call timed out with no answer.I thought the number listed on Google might be wrong number or their phone not working, so I left the phone ringing as I walked in. The phone was ringing fine.I said aren't you going to answer that? Lad on counter said we're busy. I said you look it, there was no one else at the counter.I've only recently moved to Henley, I won't call back. Zizzi can have my business instead.
Recently added nicer interior with spaces to sit and eat, very nice pizzas but a little on the expensive side. Definitely worth the money if you like American style pizza
