Toad Hall an excellent garden centre all year but excels at Christmas when they build a magical grotto and it is free to visit, but you can pay for a visit to Santa and get a little gift. The grotto contains magical lights and animated creatures as well as static displays. Put it in your calendar for next year. While at Toad Hall I suggest you spare time for a drink and a snack at the excellent cafe before you browse the huge display of Christmas decorations and garden plants and equipment.
Well laid out garden centre. A perfect Xmas show plenty to choose from. A comfortable cafe to have something to eat and drink.
It's a wonderful place. We've been going to Toad Hall now for 17 years to purchase our Christmas tree. It's become a family tradition. We are never disappointed with our Nordeman trees. They're gorgeous and look amazing f9r the whole month of December and into January. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Long may it continue - thank you Toad Hall for helping make our Christmases special for so many years and we know for many more to come...
So well stocked! Great range of everything you need for the garden, and excellent quality plants. Famous for their seasonal bedding plants too. My favourite garden centre, worth travelling for.
Very nice garden centre, lovely cafe, reasonable prices and food & drink choice. Good range of products and plants. Great powered garden equipment shop, movers, chainsaws and the like. Overall an upmarket establishment, well worth a visit even if little pricey for some.
