I just saw yobs here in Henley place an illuminated bollard they had removed in the middle of Station Road to deliberately cause an accident (21.15h Friday 4/11/16). I removed the bollard to the side of the road and went to Henley police station. No response to knocking on the door and there was no "Yellow Phone" referred to on a door notice to report crime. I came home and looked up the phone number. I phoned the 0845 number and a message said to call 101. I called 101 and after 4 minutes waiting I gave up. Conclusions ? A bullshit police service with yobs getting away with crime
