It was his personal service that made the difference - being with prospective buyers on their visits and helping us with advice throughout. A particular strength of Robert's was the way he kept open a channel of communication: it was always easy to speak with him and he kept us continuously up to date with developments (even after hours!) - he worked really hard to make our sale happen - something we couldn't have done ourselves.

Well what can I say? Whilst searching for properties to rent in Henley at an especially difficult phase in my life, I wasn't having much luck in finding anything to suit my particular circumstances.
