They literally never answer the phone. I don't mean it's difficult to reach them. I mean in more than 10 tries, at all times of day and days of the week, they haven't once picked up or returned a voice message.

A great experience and highly recommended. Fantastic way to see the banks of the Thames from Henley. Hired 2 kayaks for family of 5 (children aged 7, 8 & 9) - wish we had packed the wetsuits to go for a dip- will do next time!
