I've been here before and I'll be back again!The afternoon tea here is delicious;Bacon sandwich, Victoria sponge cake and most importantly fresh still warm scones! Mmmmm (rubs tummy hungrily with drooling mouth just thinking about it again!)My little girl had egg and soldiers and a chocolate milkshake which she devoured! Lastly the white chocolate mocha oh my goodness.. heaven in a cup!! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
Amazing hot chocolate and lovely food. There are gluten free options including bread available and soya milk for dairy free drinks :) The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was good value. Would definitely recommend.
I popped in here with a colleague on our lunch break, usually we visit a coffee shop nearby but he suggested this place as somewhere different.The hot chocolate was amazing!! Especially the liqueur hot chocolate, so delicious and really rich. The cakes looked so good too but we didn't have any this time.There is a glass screen toward the back so you can actually see the cakes being made.I'd definitely come back.
They got our order wrong but very quickly resolved this. Great cakes. Really big portions. Stuffed.
Jacket potato was delicious and service was fast. However, the shop was sweltering with little to no ventilation, and the 15 chocolate dipping variety was lacklustre and overpriced. Would return for lunch, but its not the jacket potatoes that they want to be known for!
