Dropped my car in as the bonnet wasn't closing properly and I was heading on a long drive. The lads sorted it quickly and even topped up my screen wash! Great service and great staff. Very highly recommended.

Took car for an MOT. Had only done 4500 miles since previous. MOT performed same day as well as a service (that didnt include oil at 13/l). Replaced several filters that were also not included in the 70 service without asking first. Tried also adding extras such as new brake discs etc. Second MOT ended up costing 380. Wont be going back.

weekend blizzard snow and minus 7c, plus wind. Car would not start 150miles from home and my usual garage. I was told by AA it needed new glowplugs(expensive job) so I dropped it with David Bray of whom i knew nothing , expecting a big bill at the end , having seen films like 'U-turn' and little Miss sunshine etc.. Actually they diagnosed a relay problem in the extreme cold (fiat) , glow plugs were fine, and it was starting in the warmer weather. so I went home . No charge for the diagnostics. I will not hesitate to take my cars to them if I need anything when down south. Seems like a proper, honest, local garage.
