Excellent customer service from Martin Burman. Called at 08:30 with a concern about my SLK making whirring noises, dropped car off about 08:45 and had a call to say he'd diagnosed the problem and could fix it there and then at 09:20! Really impressed and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
I have worked for a major tyre manufacturer for 17+ years.My elderly father (80+ yrs) needed 4 new tyres, so I recommended which ones he should go for and where to have them fitted. To my surprise, he later told me that the dealer number he called was picked up by Express Fit, not the one he was expecting. They talked him into buying Rapid Tyres (made in China), - that these were better than the European-made BARUMS I had recommended. Avoid these people, they will just try to sell you tyres they make the biggest margin on :-/
I don't normally leave reviews. But on this occasion I thought I would as the service I received from Martin and his team at Express Fit Autocentres in Henley on Thames was exceptional. They went over and beyond to make our visit easy and pain free. We were visiting friends and when our engine warning light come. We called and was asked to get it to them as soon as we could and they would look at asap. And they were true to their word. They had us back on the road within the hour. Thank you Martin great service.
I would just like to thank Martin and his team at Expressfit Autocentres for their great honesty. Car was in for a service and MOT. My car passed its mot, but there was some advisory items. They gave me the options without any hard sell on all work they recommended and even gave me the options to be shown the recommended work. How great is that. Finally I have a garage that I can trust.
