Had a PT session with the manager Ash. Everyone working here has a great attitude and I love the focus on technique. Ive been weight training for 10 years and still learned some things.
Best gym around, they are so friendly and even at peak times its not too busy, never have to wait for equipment! the most comfortable place to work out, not judgement here at all. The trainers are all lovely and friendly too, highly recommend, and it is definitely worth the money as it is a gym you will want to use.

Day pass visitor. Book on the payasugym app as it's nearly half price! Good gym in small space. Enough free weights for a decent lifting session. Very fancy cardio equipment. Tommy on reception was a good man with good advice.
