Carine and her team are excellent and dedicated Pilates teachers ensuring your technique is correct at all times. They pay particular attention to any injuries you might carry enabling you to work to the best of your ability. I can strongly recommend reformer and Nubodi Pilates.
Reformer Pilates has been the best way I have found to not only tone and shape up, but also develop a strong core to help with lower back pain. Carine and her team are amazing - engaging classes that push you individually. The reformer takes Pilates to another level and I can always feel the workout for days later even though I have been doing it for almost 4 years! Would highly recommend to anyone to give reformer a go...and particularly Nubodi due to their small class sizes and amazing teachers

I have been going to Nubodis classes since Carine started her business at No Limits and it has been great to see her business grow with new instructors. There is a class for everyone and what is so good is the variety of classes and you always feel challenged. So good my 15 year old daughter comes too and is also addicted! Give it a try you wont regret it!
Fantastic Reformer Pilates studio. Ive been going since 2014 and they offer an infinitely better standard of teaching than anywhere Ive been to in London. Carine is a fantastic teacher. The classes are ever changing and if youve never tried Reformer Pilates, be prepared for incredible results. The team at Nubodi are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
