I started over 2 years ago with Pilates ABC and I'm looking forward to the class every week. Alyth makes sure everybody enjoys and works within their abilities with continuous improvement and progress. Each class is different and she introduces new exercises, support materials and explanations constantly. I highly recommend the classes to everybody!
Mum to gymnastics girl cannot recommend ABC Pilates highly enough! Alyth has patiently helped a very uncoordinated person to move in much more helpful ways for my body. She has always adapted exercises for my more limited ability following a car accident. The regular practice has increased my flexibility and reduced levels of pain. The classes are friendly and welcoming.

The best teacher you'll find - Alyth is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and takes time to get to know each client and their needs. Within one class she can push along the fittest, and take time with the beginner, at the same time, a rare skill in a teacher. With my own back problems, I love to have a teacher who will adapt for me, but push me gently to progress when I need it. Whatever your goal is from Pilates, a class with Pilates ABC will help you reach it. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
Alyth is an amazing teacher. I've been attending her classes for about 3 years. She teaches the movements really carefully managing to tailor the lessons to all abilities. I feel so much stronger and have a much better understanding of the mechanics of my body! Sounds weird, I know, but true and all thanks to her lessons.
