A day out in Henley with a nice walk and half pint mulled wine. Staff friendly and polite, beer garden pleasant even in the winter. Sitting there watching the Thames flow by.
Nice pub, great location on the river. Decent beer although not a very wide selection when I went there. Havent tried the food.
Old English pub restaurant situated right on the corner of the main bridge in Henley. Lovely views from the dining areas which overlook the River Thames, the food we had was very nice and good value for Henley. The waiting staff were lovely, friendly and also efficient, quite a rare thing nowadays.Really enjoyed the experience and will go there again the next time we are in Henley.
Came here for Sunday dinner with some friends, couldnt fault it. Literally THE BEST SUNDAY roast Ive ever had out. And a fairly reasonable price too. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice. All round lovely experience
Very highly recommended. My sausages with the mash could have been a bit spicy. Found them nice but bland. Service and staff wonderful. Atmosphere was incredible. Imagine how cost it would be in the winter with the fire going.
